This Dixon Valve DC10 semi-automatic quick-connect coupler socket has a pull sleeve and valve for shut-off when disconnected from a matching plug (not included). It is made of steel for strength and resistance to corrosion, and has a 1/2" female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection for connecting to a hose fitting and a 1/2" coupler connection. It has a maximum pressure rating of 300 pounds per square inch (psi) and a temperature range of -40 to +250 degrees F. This automotive or Tru-Flate (T-style) air hose coupler socket interchanges with compatible plugs or tools and is suitable for use with compressed air systems.
