In the world of Christian Music, George Beverly Shea is unique, a legend among his peers such as the famous US evangelist Billy Graham and admirers alike. No other gospel music performer has advanced the evangelism cause so progressively or sacrificially throughout the globe for so long! He commenced his singing ministry in the mid 1930s and unlike many of the musical celebrities of that time George Beverly Shea is still a celebrated name and was still singing publicly at over 100 years of age until he sadly passed away aged 104 in April 2013. He will always be remembered for many of his classic songs such as "How Great Thou Art", "The Lords Prayer" and "The Wonder Of It All" along with many more!
