Tito Rodriguez was a perfectionist. From the songs he recorded to
the shows he performed. Tito and band members were on top of their
game and this is noted in the music they created. This collection is an
exemplary compilation of his very best. It contains his greatest hits
and bonus tracks from the United Artist and Tico Records sessions.
One listen and it becomes evident that this was the precursor Salsa
and Afro-cuban music as we know it today.
