Our full quart jar size of our succulent shiitake mushrooms.  These are super-clean mushrooms, with a distinct mushroom flavor.  An excellent choice for gravies, sauces or to steam and use as a garnishment for your favorite casserole.  If you want to take them on the trail, you'll be pleased with their quick rehydration time and irresistible flavor.  And if you want a shiitake mushroom powder, our mushrooms are so low in moisture content, you can easily pulse them in a food processor to achieve the exact size desired.
