Eco-Flo Leather Weld Adhesive is a is a water based, low V.O.C., easy to use, high strength bonding for leather, cloth, chipboard and paper projects. Directions for use:Make sure surfaces to be joined are clean and dry. Spread a thin, even layer of Leather Weld on one or both surfaces. Adhere together while glue is still wet. Continue to apply pressure to joined surfaces until glue has dried.
