A bright yellow highlighter colored yellow, this color is pretty sheer so you'll have to build up a few coats in order to get that bright yellow color but what a hot sunny way to light up your summer. Long-wearing nail lacquer. Flexible and will not chip. Non-thickening formula no thinner required.
