A little goes a long way.LorAnn Flavors are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts. When substituting our flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. LorAnn Oils and Flavors are SUGAR-FREE. 1 dram = 0.125 oz = 1/8 oz = 1 tsp. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings. Certified Kosher.
