These 2 black flapper garters (or arm bands) are a great accessory for your roaring 20s gangster girl flapper costume, and a great item for weddings and bachelorettes! Beautifully simple and simply beautiful, good quality for a costume/novelty item and we love them, but please note that these are not something you would pay 0 for. Great on their own, and even better with the other gangster and flapper accessories in our Private Island Store like feather boas!
