This set includes a wood base holding a stainless steel axle on which a spinning scraper is to be cranked. It creates a lace of cheese or chocolate from a ring-shaped piece of the ‘Tete de Moine" (-inch Monk's Head-inch) Swiss cheese or a piece of chocolate. The Tete de Moine cheese is known to reveal its unique flavor only when scraped.
