100 pouches Large Menu size 7 mil hot laminating pouches 12" x 18" with standard 1/8 radius rounded corners and gloss finish. This size leaves a 1/2" clear border of laminate around a standard 11 x 17 paper sheet. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Metric specs = 305mm x 457mm and 175 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps. Maximum card stock size recommended for this pouch is 11-3/4" x 17-3/4" (or less) to leave a standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mils on each flap for a total of 14 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders.
