Ease Plus promotes an overall sense of relaxation. Two of the main ingredients in Ease Plus are bupleurum (chai hu) and dragon bone (long gu). These herbs encourage relief of certain symptoms associated with mild anxiety, irritability or trouble sleeping. Ease Plus also contains herbs such as ginger (gan jiang), rhubarb (da huang), and scute (huang qin).
