The heavyweight aluminized steel is designed for superior heat conduction and even baking, and its wire rod reinforcement prevents warping. They're strong and durable, so even demanding chefs should be able to rely on them for years. Oven safe to 450°F / 232°C; not intended to be used under the broiler. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used.
