The lotus is associated with purity, beauty an rebirth. These candle holders are made of delicate Capiz, which is the outer shell of a marine mollusc with the scientific name Placuna Placenta, also known as the windowpane oyster. They can be found in the shallow coastal waters of the Philippines. To clean the holder, just wipe it with a damp cloth. Each candle holder has a diameter of approximately 8 cm (3.25 inch). Product does not include the actual candle/tealight. Packed in bubble wrap to protect it from damage during transport. We also sell lotus tealight holders made of solid coloured glass.
