Light Ox hair brushes, sometimes called Sabeline, are a great value when compared to other natural hair brushes for Oil and Acrylic. They are softer and will produce a longer, lazier stroke. Tremendously absorbent, they hold large amounts of color and are excellent for moving large quantities of paint across the canvas. A favorite of Impasto painters, who use thicker paints and for large scale acrylic painting.
