Created in 1990 by brother and sister Cecilia and Alessio Tessieri, Amedei produces some of the best chocolate in the world. The "Tuscan Blacks" are proprietary blends of different cocoa beans from plantations exclusively selected by Amedei. The 70% fondant bar everything that a dark chocolate is capable of giving. Strong and creamy, it hints of berries & exotic herbs. Pairs well with whatever red wine you still have left in your glass.
