Designed for the small dog breeds weighing less than 5 pounds, the collars can easily be extended in length with additional prong links. Prong links can be purchased separately. Initial Collar weight is under 2 ounces and has 10 prong links. Links measure approximately 1/2 inch wide x 3/4 inch long. Center plate is embossed with Haute Dauge logo for authenticity verification.

TRAINING COLLAR ONLY: Training Collars are designed to be used in supervised training only. All users of training collars/devices should be informed and be trained in how to use training collars/devices. Never leave a dog unsupervised in a training collar/device. Do not leave training collars/devices on a dog full-time. Do not use retractable leash devices or elastic/tension leads with training collars.

SIZING, FIT, TIPS: Adjust the collar by removing or adding links to achieve a comfortable training fit - - - begin with an "initial fit" no more than 2 inches longer than the dog's neck circumference. Then adjust collar length to a slightly snug fit where the dog is comfortable when he/she is in proper desired training position. Consult a dog trainer for training guidelines.

CLEANING | Before use, wash metal collars in warm, mild soapy water to minimize fur discoloration.

IMPORTANT: Do not use training collars on dogs younger than 6 months. Use training collars only in training sessions. Do not leave a dog unattended or alone while wearing a training collar.

NOTE: The prong links can be removed and added as needed to achieve the appropriate fit as dog grows.
