Tupelo Honey is a light honey with a greenish cast. It is awesome on pancakes. A great replacement for syrup! This honey was harvested from the white tupelo trees that bloom in the Florida Panhandle. It has a delicate flavor with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Some diabetics are allowed to eat this honey. You may also know this honey as 'Eulee's Gold' from the movie with Peter Fonda!
Due to the low harvest of Tupelo honey in 2015 we are forced to change the retail price while supplies last!
