Ampersand Museum-series Claybord combines the durability of a Hardbord panel with an ultra-smooth, absorbent, pH neutral clay ground surface. Suitable for many fine art uses including pencil, pen, india ink, pigmented and alcohol inks, airbrush, watercolor, acrylic, egg tempera, watercolor, casein, collage and mixed media. Made of high-density hardboard from US-grown renewable Aspen wood fibers, Claybord is archival, eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free and made by hand in the USA.
