Mister Rogers visits with the percussionist performers of STOMP!, artist Red Grooms, folksinger Ella Jenkins, and a teenager who plays wheelchair basketball. In Make-Believe Lady Elaine is angry that her drawing didn't turn out right, and she upsets everyone by turning things upside-down. Her friends help her find better ways to deal with her anger.
