Maca is a very healthy, well-rounded vegetable. It provides Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous and Potassium; traces of Iron, Iodine, Copper, Manganese, Selenium and Zinc, and provides fatty acids. Maca also contains sterols, which help to lower cholesterol levels by blocking absorption of cholesterol in the digestive system.

This Smoothie Mix contains Premium Maca, which is a blend of three different maca varieties (black, red, and yellow) for an increased spectrum of nutritional benefits.
