Easily create decorative chocolate pieces using chocolate transfer sheets. The edible design is transferred from the plastic backing onto tempered or compound chocolate. The printed pieces can then be placed around or on top of cakes and other desserts.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter base containing sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, palm kernel oil, and lecithin with one or more of the following certified FD&C colourants: red #40, yellow #5 or #6, blue #1 or #2, carmine, or titanium dioxide.
To use, lay the transfer sheet on a working surface; make sure it is print side up. Evenly spread tempered pure chocolate (couverture) or melted compound chocolate over the transfer sheet. Once set, peel off the plastic. Break the printed chocolate slab into pieces.
