Blended into this hydrating, refreshing Vitamin C toner mist is bilberry, which is a relative of blueberry and cranberry. Bilberry is a powerful anti-oxidant, a natural alpha-hydroxy, and contains Vitamin C.

Vitamin C toner can be used as a pre-makeup application base to help your make-up stay on longer with smooth moisturized skin and/or as a toner to remove any impurities from the skin. Vitamin C has a soft citrus scent.
