- Ideal replacement for Lincoln contact tip KP11 series in Lincoln Magnum 100L and Tweco No.1/Mini MIG welding guns, as well as many other specific MIG guns using 11-series contact tips.
- Machined from a copper alloy tubing providing a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. Each contact tip is marked showing wire diameter. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +/-.003". With excellent electrical properties ideal for use in standard welding application up to 200Amp.
- Threaded style contact tip to ensure proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. Available tip sizes: 0.023" (11-23), 0.030" (11-30), 0.035" (11-35), 0.040" (11-40) and 0.045" (11-45). Tip length 1" and outside diameter 0.25" (standard duty).
