Gate and garage door opener receiver. Operates at 12 - 24 Volts AC or 10.5 - 30 Volts DC. Will operate one device, 10 dip switches, single channel. Works with Multi-Code 300 MHz or Stanley 310 MHz remotes, but not both at the same time. Replaces 1099-30 or 1090CX receivers. Includes 9.5" whip antenna, 3 feet of 75 ohm coaxial cable (for longer range), bulkhead connector, mounting hardware, and complete installation instructions.
