They address the tendency we have to duck down, hoping that things will pass over, rather than grasping the opportunities that change might bring. They teach us how to recognize when we are creating boxes that limit our thinking and our attitude to change. Help participants learn how to transform change from something that happens to them (usually with grim consequences) to a force they can use positively to influence their own destiny and the future of their organizations. All the activities have been personally tried and tested by the author over many years of working with a variety of sizes and types of group.
