We use a superior quality single pick 300 count fabric which gives you a softer sheet that is also durable. We make these specifically to fit RV mattresses in our own smoke-free South Carolina plant! We sew a durable 1/2 inch elastic into the hem at the end of the top sheet, creating fitted corners so your top sheet stays on your mattress - even if your mattress is sitting atop a platform!
