Set of four spikes are intended for use in all Sidi mountain bike shoes with threaded toe spike holes. Ideal for use in cyclocross racing or any soft ground you may be hike-a-biking on. They install easily with an open end wrench or deep well socket. Be sure to lubricate the threads before installation. Use two spikes per shoe.
