The Dexter S133-8 8” Fillet knife is famous for it’s white Sani-Safe handle. This is the knife every one tries to copy but can’t come close to our durability, edge holding ability and performance. This knife features our Sani-Safe handle and our proprietary High Carbon, High Alloy, Stain free DEXSTEEL.
