When you're welding often, it's great to know that you can replace key parts to your favorite welding helmet. The 370 Replacement Headgear, made by Jackson Safety (with the distinctive red €œJackson Meatball" logo on the adjustment dial) is compatible with a wide variety of top welding helmets including Halo X, HSL, Nitro, WH40, SmarTIGer and WH70 series (sold separately). It's designed for comfort, with a three-position slider to adjust the distance from eyes to lens, a crown strap adjustment to raise or lower the helmet, and a large ratchet with a soft rubber grip that allows size adjustment without removing the helmet. This headgear locks into a detent when the helmet is lifted, helping to keep it in the upward position until the welder lowers it. An included sweatband helps absorb perspiration (additional sweatbands are available for purchase separately).
