Produced with Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must, which is reduced over heat (no less than 36 hours) until it is thick and almost caramelized. It is then blended with 12-year aged Balsamic Vinegar to add depth and acidity. Ideal on mixed greens, sandwiches, fish, meats, chips (french fries), pizza, cheeses, fruit and ice cream.
