This large 15-1/2-quart pot and steamer insert is sized properly for tamales. The technology for apply porcelain creates a durable, chip resistant product that lasts most families a lifetime. The glass like surface is inert and does not react with or alter the taste of food and even the most stubborn foods clean up easily with warm soapy water. Not recommended for glass stove tops. Black.
