A light and incredibly sweet condiment, Sweet Moscatel Vinegar by Los Villares is made only with wine and not with grape must, for a wonderfully airy consistency. The color is a warm amber, the flavor seductively sweet with a long finish. Use for salad dressings to add contrast to crisp greens and fresh tomatoes.
