This Brennan hex nipple is a stainless steel 316 pipe fitting with male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads on both ends for joining two pipes or extending pipe length. It has NPT threads for creating tighter seals than straight threads and is made from stainless steel 316, which is more corrosion resistant than stainless steel 304.
