Soft 4 1/2 inch; blue dice with canvas covers and screen printed numbers on one die (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) and exercise directions on the other die. Exercises listed include: Push-ups, sit-ups, arm circle, hop on one foot, toe touch, and jumping jack). Roll the dice and then do what the combination of dice say. Great for schools, including home schools.
