Influenced by the harsh weather and low oxygen of the high Swiss alps, Muesli was invented by Swiss doctor bircher-benner, who determined his patients weren’t receiving adequate nutrition. At Evoke, we wanted to make an even more perfect version of his original recipe by finding the perfect convergence of nutrition and taste. Classic Swiss is an all organic muesli is loaded with the nutrition of whole grains, protein, fiber, essential omega fatty acids, and vitamins.
