The 6JA is one of the best flight system values around, an affordable radio that combines super-fast speed with rock-solid 2.4GHz security and the dependability of Futaba FHSS technology. Much thought has gone into the design of the transmitter to increase comfort and convenience. The case is angled for a more secure grip, and balanced for easier use with a neck strap. Plus, the case features a broad, flat base that stands solidly when you set it down. The faceplate is clean and uncrowded, with all sticks, keys and knobs within easy reach. The antenna is internal to prevent possible damage. You can view model name, number and type, voltage, modulation and more on the large home screen. There's also a charging jack on the side and a square micro-port for a trainer cord on the backplate.
Adding to the 6JA's versatility is the included full-range, 6-channel R2006GS receiver. It automatically adapts to the transmission mode you select, whether it's FHSS or high-speed S-FHSS. It also features Easy-Link binding, high-voltage operation, and Dual Antenna Diversity. And since it operates on a wide range of voltage, you don't need a regulator even if you use a 2S, 7.4V Lithium-Polymer battery pack as your power source.
