Mizani Butter Blend Sensitive Scalp Rhelaxer is a Calcium Hydroxide (no-lye) formula relaxer with Arginine, a fortifying amino acid and a signature blend of shea butter, cocoa butter and honey to add moisturizing emollients to the hair to protect it from the harsh chemicals. It also contains Polyquaternium-16 for superior conditioning, lubricity and a soft silky feel. Since this is a no-lye relaxer it requires mixing to activate, hence the two part kit.
