Rachel Kent, a widow, and her two teenage children stop for an afternoon hike. Unbeknownst to them, they've stepped into a war between the government and a survivalist group who intend to take control of the mountain. Rachel can identify the murderers of an entire camp of people and set off into the Ozark mountain forest in a mad dash to save her life. She and her children stumble across a ranger's cabin manned by an ex-Army Ranger. Can they reach safety and explore their love before time runs out.
