Tanglefoot Tangle-Trap Insect Trap Coating is a specifically prepared insect trapping adhesive. It is ready to use and will remain sticky until covered with insects or foreign matter. It will monitor and detect the relative abundance of insects in homes, greenhouses, orchards, fields, turf, etc.

Clear, odorless and contains no insecticides or pesticides. Tanglefoot Tangle-Trap Insect Trap Coating is an insect trapping adhesive used to make sticky traps for insect management and monitoring. The formula is clear, odorless and does not contain any insecticides or pesticides. Our trap coating provides excellent adhesion to surfaces and remains tacky through repeated wetting and drying cycles down to a temperature of 38F. The formula will effectively help rid plants, gardens and greenhouses of white flies, adult fungus gnats, thrips, aphids, black vine and pecan weevils, deer and stable flies along with a number of other insects and uses. Tanglefoot Tangle-Trap Insect Coating Paste formula is listed by the Organic Material Review Institute (OMRI) for use in organic gardening.
Brushable Tangle-Trap, having reduced viscosity, is easily applied with the brush in the lid.
Apply a thin 1/16" (1.6mm) or less coating with a putty knife or disposable paddle to trap surface. Traps can be made with waxed cardboard, glass, wood, plastic cups, plastic sheets or trap boards, empty milk cartons, red apple spheres or other surfaces. For ease of applications, use at temperatures above 60 degrees F (16C). Attractants can be used with traps to lure insects. Place trap in desired location, away from children and pets to avoid accidental contact.
