AchilloTrain is a comfortable knitted support with an anatomically contoured visco-elastic insert alongside the Achilles tendon that produces a massage effect, thus stimulating the surrounding tissue. An integral visco-elastic heel cushion relieves the tendon. An additional heel cushion is provided for the unaffected foot. It is worn to treat Achilles tendon injuries, to reduce pain or swelling in the Achilles tendon (e.g. due to excessive strain or after operations).
