Lemon Mint can tolerate dry soil and requires little water and direct sunlight. Grows quickly during the spring, reaching up to three feet high, with white, purple, and pink flowers blooming from May to July. May be used to give its unique citrus-mint flavor to salads, teas, seafood, meat, and desserts.
