SAFE & DRY is an outstanding 100% cotton water-proof/stain-proof womens brief constructed with latex free elastics. It has a water-proof fabric barrier at the crotch to prevent wet-thru for complete, discreet protection unlike any other product. Looks and feels like normal feminine underwear. Soft, discreet and noiseless cotton. It dry's out very quickly and it can be used with a pad. Best used with our SAFE & DRY absorbent, thin, disposable gel pads.
