This product contains a special blend of soy extract, MexiYam (Mexican yam root), Dong Quai root, and Black Cohosh root. Soybeans are rich in naturally occurring phytoestrogens, or plant estrogenic hormones called isoflavones. Two of the most important isoflavones are genistein and daidzein.
