It looks pierced! Earwraps and Ear cuffs are non-pierced, fit comfortably and look great as an add on or by itself. IMPORTANT! Please view the instructions for how to put it on, in one of the photos, do not bend it open and closed to put it on. :: Simply slip it on the thin edge on the middle of the ear and slide it up or down to where it feels snug and secure. :: If it feels to tight or too loose, adjust it with your thumb and forefinger and try again.
