The grater is constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. A sturdy ABS plastic grip provides added control while grating. This grater is an ideal choice for grating cheese, chocolate and vegetables. This product should be hand-washed only. Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
