Specially formulated to clean and recondition synthetic brushes and roller covers. This biodegradable, water-based formula is safe, fast and effective on oil, latex and enamal paints, varnish, lacquer, shellac and polyurethane. Contains no harsh fumes like other solvent based brush cleaners. Works on direct-to-metal paints. Do not use on natural bristle brushes. Directions for use: Suspend brush in a container (such as a coffee can) and cover bristles up to the metal ferrule. Soak the brush several hours or overnight until the paint has softened. Agitate periodically to loosen paint. After paint has softened, scrape off paint residue (from heel of brush) using a metal comb or similar tool. Return brush to cleaner and agitate to loosen remaining residue. Lay brush flat on a piece of newspaper and squeeze out excess cleaner. Rinse brush thoroughly with warm running water and shake off excess water. Wrap clean brush in heavy paper and hang bristles down for storage. Contains: A proprietary blend of biodegradable surfactants, detergents and emulsifiers, in a water-based solution. No petroleum solvents, bleach or ammonia. Caution: Eye and skin irritant. In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If swallowed, take large amounts of water. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention. Do not mix this product with any other chemicals. Keep out of reach of children. Mild odor. Container size: 1 gallon.
