Fast car fanatic James May (Top Gear) and world famous wine expert Oz Clarke embark on a quest to find the drink that defines modern Britain and tackle the subject with great passion. The peculiar pair motor the length and breadth of the UK, sampling the broad range of booze on offer. Travelling in a classic Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible with an appallingly kitsch 1978 Sprite Caravan in tow, they engage in much verbal jousting along the way - until reaching their final decision on the white cliffs of Dover - in this entertaining and amusing tribute to British drink.
