Youngstown Glove's Leather Utility Plus is a groundbreaking new glove concept that combines Youngstown's ergonomic, 3D glove patterns with extra high quality goatskin leather. This unique combination creates a leather glove with the dexterity, comfort and durability of a performance glove. Most leather work gloves on the market are built in archaic patterns that have been around for centuries. These simple 2D patterns consist mostly of a palm side and top side and offer limited dexterity and comfort. Youngstown's 3D performance pattern is not only pre-curved but features a top, palm, thumb and finger side panels. This complex pattern truly form fits to your hand like a second skin. The goatgrain leather is specialy treated for grip and comfort yet is thick enough to withstand heavy labor. Coats Nymo thread is used throughout the entire glove for extended durability and comfort. This glove was designed for electric utility field workers and lineman; however, it is truly versatile and functions in any application where durability, dexterity and comfort are required in your work glove. This glove will not drip, melt or ignite if exposed to sparks or flames. It is Arc Rated to 20 cal/cm2. This glove is not designed to protect against shock or voltage. Nor is it designed to be worn over a rubber glove. It is designed to be a versatile work glove of tremendous dexterity and fit to maximize worker efficiency and comfort.
