Ideal for use in busy kitchens, Epicurean's wood-fiber cutting boards are ultra-durable, easy on knives and simple to clean. Originally developed for use in aerospace applications, the non-porous wood-fiber composite used in Epicurean boards is certified by both the Forest Stewardship Council and the National Sanitary Foundation. Unlike other wood boards, it can even be cleaned in the dishwasher. This dual-sided cutting board features a generous groove that spans around the board to collect juices from foods. The other side is flat, allowing for full use of the area. Heat resistant up to 350°F, so it doubles as a handy trivet. Durable enough to hold up to heavy use yet won't dull knives.
