These are your 'switch' contacts:

85 - RED
86 - YELLOW

When this circuit is completed the actuator will close 87 and open 87a.

30- BLACK
87- BLUE
87a- WHITE

Black is the power to your accessorie(s), 87 or 87a depending on whether the relay has power.

85, 86- Relay polarity shouldn't really matter.

30-12v
87-NO
87a-NC

For example, in a application of having the fog lights turn off when high beams are on:
30 - Low beam 12v
87a - Fog lights
85 - High beams 12v
86 - Ground
87 - Empty.
